Since EV3 also builds on 22.04 again, I'm fine with merging this. |
Get a newer version of the cross compiler by using Ubuntu 24.04. This means moving from GCC 10 to GCC 13 which fixes some known bugs and will have new warnings to help us find issues in the code.
As we are moving away from using contiki, we no longer have test code that requires the contiki-core exclusion so this can be removed.
